Our location is in Kleinbaai Harbour.
Make your way to the Kleinbaai Harbour (also called Van Dyk’s Bay harbour) near Gansbaai at 5 Geelbek St, Van Dyks Bay and look for the large white building with a thatch roof with Marine Dynamics and The Great White House signage. This is where you will find our offices, marked Marine Dynamics. Meet us here for the adventure of your life!

What To Expect
Meet at our offices in the harbour at 5 Geelbek Street, Kleinbaai (near Gansbaai). After a dive briefing, stroll down the jetty and board our boat. A 20-minute boat ride takes you to our anchoring sport near Shark Alley, home to a large population of seals and penguins. After the crew starts chumming for sharks, the cage is lowered into the water. Cage diving takes place for roughly 2.5 to 3 hours. Guests take turns in groups to cage dive. All your dive equipment is supplied and you do not need a qualification to cage dive. A short boat ride back brings you safely on-land where a de-brief of the diving activity takes place and light lunch. Refreshments on-board. Unfortunately, this is where your tour ends.

Was a very friendly, fun and safety conscious experience. The staff were welcoming and very informative re the sharks and the safety protocols. The experience itself was fantastic we were told beforehand that seeing a great white was extremely rare but some juvenile white sharks had been seen in the previous days. To be honest I wasn't holding out much hope . The 3 copper sharks we did see at length were amazing but then just at the end of our time in the water a juvenile white shark appeared and it was incredible to see him in his natural habitat. The guys on the boat , captain and staff were top notch and helped everyone in and out the cage which was an important element, they also offered everyone a wet suit. Our time on the ocean was good I think we left at 08:00 and were on the ocean for close to 3 hours but it flew by. It was honestly one of the most unbelievable experiences of my life. Our driver, Jerome (aka Globe), was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. He took us to different scenic spots along the way, making the journey just as memorable as the dive itself. When we arrived, the staff were lovely and made us feel completely safe and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have the best experience possible. Before the dive we were given a nice breakfast snack, and when we got back to the place where we set off from, they surprised us again with a hot, delicious vegetable soup. After being in the cold water, that soup was such a perfect touch. And because it was my birthday, they made the whole day extra special by giving me a bottle of champagne so I could celebrate with everyone after the dive. It meant so much and just added to what was already an incredible day. The dive itself was unbelievable. Seeing sharks up close in their world was everything I had ever hoped for. It was wicked, exciting, and genuinely life-changing. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday or a better experience. It was the best day ever, and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone. If you’ve ever thought about shark diving, do it — you won’t regret it!!!
